You can hide the search bar by right clicking on your task bar and checking the options, I have mine just set as an icon and have had from the beginning. I know you didn't mean you don't want to see the pride flag itself (but the icons in general) but damn the wording could've been better. :lol:

The number of spam phone calls on my landline these past two weeks has been a joke. Fake bank scams, fake Amazon Prime scams, 'you've been in a car accident...' scams. I used to have BT Call Guardian which blocked everything, it was brilliant. But since BT supplied me with a new phone for Digital Voice, I've now got to manually send calls to the spam voice message folder first. Trouble is, these scumbags have multiple numbers. You block one, they've got another hundred at their disposal. The technology has basically regressed.

Ditch the landline.
