People who don't set the level of their headlights correctly when driving. Drove home last night being blinded by a bunch of strawberry floaters who think that they need their lights angled up when driving on a straight strawberry floating road.

I think this is most probably because it's easier to shock and annoy to get into peoples heads than actually produce a compelling narrative. In terms of ROI, it works, it's just lazy. You'd think it damages the brand but then the next thing comes along so..

So he eats food and uses the internet in work time?
He sounds completely different to the rest of us.

Trying to get tickets for the NBA London game this morning. Got on the automated system and withing 10 minutes it's completely sold out with 1,000s of tickets now available on resale sites at 3-4 x times the cost. I thought they were supposed to be cracking down on ticket touts?

It's quite crazy that Hamilton seemed to manage to eliminate ticket touting (the person buying the ticket *has* to attend, the tickets are printed by the staff an hour before the show, and you need your credit card and email confirmation for them to print) and yet it isn't a strategy that's been echoed anywhere else.
There really should be some kind of law against sites like stubhub. Ebay aren't exactly going to complain about people charging ludicrous prices when they take a cut of the money, are they?

I don’t morally disagree in principle with sites like Stubhub, but they should be massively restricted on the mark-up that they are allowed to charge. It’s fair enough for them to recoup their admin fees and a little bit as a profit, but they should be required to keep that profit small and the ticket sellers themselves shouldn’t make anything other than the face value of the ticket(s).
It is easy to see how people could buy tickets for an event that they can’t attend and there should be a way for those people to get their money back and for other people to then purchase those tickets. It’s only annoying when touts are selling tickets for £500+ that have a face value of £70.

With Hamilton you just get in touch with ticketmaster and return the tickets so you get your money back (maybe minus a few quid as a handling fee) and the tickets get sold on without some ludicrous middleman for the correct price.

I've only bought a ticket from "touts" ebay twice, one was maybe £40 over asking for an already expensive weekend ticket (maybe £120) and the other was face value as it was a promo ticket and I got it via special delivery the same day I left for the festival (Glade). So when it's normal people fair enough it's the gouging that's absurd. It could so easily be systematised, but economically speaking who's to say you can sell for example a video game at a higher price due to higher demand but not a ticket.
You'd have thought marketplaces would protect their reputation by not supporting scummy practices but they collect the profits so yeah not gonna change unless that place especially has an interest in that area.
Ticketmaster's campaign is essentially CSR, it will cost them money to resell a ticket (maybe they only refund part of a returned ticket), they don't really need to care. Good anyway.

Also add, new audi and BMW's with bright blue halogen whatever-the-fuck-they-are headlights that blind everyone else on the road. Maybe they're dipped incorrectly, but I seem to be blinded by everyone of these cars these days.

That's just mad bright LEDs. Higher uv index, they'll actually illuminate fluorescent stuff.
