This guy had the same problem.

That GAME keep writing "announces" rather than "announcements" on their website and literature.

Metroidvania was a good term until it lost all meaning. None of the games called metroidvania these days are anything like Metroid or Castlevania.

This is kind of the problem: the alternative terms are all worse!

It took me so long to get through to you on the phone today!11!!!!!

*Then spends 5 minutes looking for the thing I asked them for so that I can actually deal with their query*

This is like every other phone call. We have an automated message telling people what they need to have at hand. No one strawberry floating listens to it, and then they spend ages looking for it, after whinging about how long it takes to get through. It's gooseberry fool we can't get through calls quick enough, but you aren't helping.

When people assume I'm Polish because of my name and start talking at me in a language I don't know a word of! Happens a lot with delivery drivers. It's more uncomfortable and awkward than anything.

Poorly designed user interfaces, whether it's systems, websites, or applications.

I can't believe the number of these things I use where navigation is so awkward, clunky, or just flat-out bad. You'd think the developers and designers would want people to be able to find content and access things easily, but it's like they just don't give a gooseberry fool. Also annoying is where there's no consistency to the theme or layout as you navigate around; fonts, layouts and overall themes shouldn't change when going from one page to another within the same site or application.

Eurogamer's layout is awful, and it's not always clear what kind of content is what. The BBC sport website is terrible as well, so difficult to find things sometimes because things are categorised so badly or the layout just doesn't make sense.

The PS4 pisses me off too. All I want to do is load the Netflix app. Why do I have to go into the Library, scroll down for miles or go into a seperate apps section, select the app (sometimes I have to do this twice because it just doesn't respond), get taken to a page which just tells me what the app is that I've selected, and then select it again to launch it. Utter gooseberry fool. Why can't I just pin the app to the home screen? Why can't I add apps to a folder and pin that to the home screen? So many steps to load one thing :fp:

It blows my mind that website or system owners don't see these things and don't seem to have an issue with how gooseberry fool they are.
