I just wish they wouldn't do it every single time you visit the site, even if you've previously rejected the cookies. The ones that block out the whole screen and won't let you access the site until you've selected/deslected all the advertisers are the worst.

They store your preference using a cookie, so if you reject/block cookies they don't store your preference and it will ask you again on your next visit.
