One of the teams I worked in a couple of years ago insisted on having the lights off all the time. We worked in a room with one tiny window so it was bloody dark and I tried to point out to them that sitting in a dark room looking at bright computer monitors was probably not great from a health and safety perspective, but they just couldn't wrap their heads around it :fp:

Ours seem pretty good and require very little movement, also each is independent of others so your bit of the office will be lit while the rest is off, which is good. Slightly creepy in the call centres at night if you are one end as the other end is pitch black.

No Context Hearn on twitter - it was maybe funny for the first couple of times you saw it but give it a strawberry floating break now. It's more virulent than ebola at the moment.
