Amazon prime delivery 
I did all my Christmas shopping in the week, choosing specific delivery days, which as a prime customer you can do, to get around my working times.
I selected a set to go to the local amazon locker to be delivered yesterday. Nothing. No text or email communication. I checked my account to see delivery had failed because the lockers are full
Well whats the strawberry floating point of being able to select them in the first place then? Apparently they'll try again monday. And what if it's full again then? strawberry float sake.
Another delivery was some books for my nan. No sign of them, no email or texts, so i checked my account this morning to find a note against the order saying they had been left behind the wheelie bin ON THURSDAY. It's been raining non stop since then. I rushed out and sure enough, the packaging had fallen apart and the books were sat in the rain totally ruined.
We pay for this service. what a strawberry floating shambles.
EDIT: I just refreshed my orders after a live chat with amazon, and the one item that was due to be delivered today has now moved to tomorrow. strawberry floating hell

I just got dinged with a parking charge because Tesco think I spent 9 hours in their car park a few weeks ago, when I went in first thing on the way to work to fill up the car but saw the queue was too long to hang around for and came back in the afternoon to pick up some bits and pieces. Damn strawberry floating right i'm constesting that gooseberry fool, and I guess i'll find somewhere else to shop now too.
