You can now only use your debit card contactless 5 times before you have to use Chip & Pin. If you try to use it contactless more than 5 times it will just auto decline until you use Chip & Pin to reset the 5 times contactless limit :fp:

Use google pay, it doesn’t have that limitation.

strawberry float. Off.

They're strawberry floating useless as well. Basically advertising their normal services without actually doing anything new or helpful.

Just a continuously rolling count.

I only found out when I tried to use my card contactless this morning, first time I'd used it that day, and it got declined, so I used another card and called TSB when I got home only to be told about the 5 contactless limit.

I can see why they've done it, but the timing is awful.

Yeah, literally everyone should be paying for everything contactless right now. It's safer.

Who the strawberry float sells the rights to Robocop for a shitty insurance ad? Doesn't that kind of negate a huge chunk of the message of the original?

I'm going to say it's actually worse than Robocop 3 and I'd have never thought that possible.

Residents who will ignore rubbish* on the ground whilst walking past the bin on the way to their car.

"Not my job!".

*Not scummy rubbish; just paper or a crisp packet.

Ordinarily yes, but in the current circumstances? I think it's probably fair to not want to pick up other people's crisp packets or paper waste at this point in time.

People who have suddenly realised that teachers do a fairly decent job. Patronising strawberry floaters, did you really hold them in such contempt before hand?

This. There’s no way I’m touching other people’s corona infested rubbish.
