The Planet Coaster theme tune. It just warms the heart.

That was a nice wee story, Zilnad. It's great when instances like that pop up!

I dug out my Heroquest set and I've been playing adventures with my youngest son (who is 8) the last few weeks and its been great. He plays all 4 heroes whilst I act as the GM. He really likes the roleplaying aspect so I mix up the dry in-box adventures with some NPC's and extra treasure to improve the interactivity. At the end of our last adventure yesterday all the heroes were in the pub when a sorcerer cursed them and turned them into monsters! Next week's adventure will be the 4 monsters trying to escape the human enemies and find the sorcerer to get turned back. He can't wait!

One of my fondest memories is of my dad acting as the GM to me and my friends whilst we played Heroquest and later Warhammer Quest so to get the chance to follow in his footsteps is amazing. My dad wrote the best adventures full of puzzles and plenty of interactivity, not just moving around a board chopping up monsters.

Normally I hate small talk with strangers but I quicky realised we were having an actual conversation of use and it made me really happy. Basically he was an older dude who wants to start eating a plant based diet to help with his health and the environment and we shared stories on the subject and I gave him some good advice he was really pleased with.

An uplifting, hopeful conversation with an actual human stranger. I didn't think it was possible :msgreen:

This happens the odd time. There are some decent people out there.

Utica's roast. I don't often delight in someone else's failure but that was legendary.

Spring. I love winter but we're in that sweet spot now where the weather is sunny but not too hot and I can enjoy being outside in it. I'll try and make the most of it before summer hits :dread:

Laughingly uncontrollably. We were watching 'meanwhile in russia' video on YouTube last night, and there was about 5 clips in a row that just killed me laughing, it just kept building and building with the last one being so funny that I fell sideways on the sofa, poured beer over my leg, my Mrs then turned to see my wet leg and genuinely thought I'd pissed myself laughing. "Have you pissed yourself?!". Cue more laughing. Finally calm down enough to speak, unpause the video to then immidiately see another clip funnier than the others. My stomach is still hurting this morning

I can't believe you've been laughing like that with his wife. Is that really something to be bragging about in here? :dread:

The European Space Agency sent a tweet to me last week. I'm sure they send messages to millions of people, but now they know I exist, I'm sure I'll be off to space soon. :datass:
