Things change, tech becomes obsolete, tv shows end before their time and your favourite bands split up. So, hat are some great (or not so great) things you wish were still alive and kicking today?

Sega as a hardware company. I know they still make/publish games but they just aren't the same. They truly did their best work when they were making games for their own consoles.

Windows phone. My mums old Lumia is on its last legs and I'm dreading switching her over to Android. There's nothing wrong with Android itself but for some reason she seems to struggle with Android in a way she never did with Windows Phone. I'm going to look at some live tile apps and try and make the interface look as much like her old Lumia as possible.

Low key one but I really felt it when it stopped being part of my routine: the Adam & Joe 6 Music show on Saturday mornings

The incredible inventiveness and quality of British terrestrial television writing in the 90s. The same could probably be extended to mainstream songwriting too.

Full size Mars Bars.

Quality Street tins are now are tiny compared too the ones back in the late 90s there hardly in them. I hear you about TV quality these days theres not much gritty stuff on these days like in the 70's-00's.

Shrinkflation. When you don't want to increase your price, just decrease the product size instead.

Yeah, it's a common thing and happens to a lot of products.

As is this. Every generation thinks this - there's no reason to suspect it's true now.
