It's the original games plus the expansion packs for each one.

You can watch streams on twitch.

From what I can see
  • Switch is 60fps 1080
  • Series and PS5 is 60fps 4K
  • PC is 120fps 4K

If you're on Xbox you can play it now by setting your console to New Zealand.

Reading some of the comments online of people already playing it, a few have noted how the remastered graphics could accidentally hide some of the death traps. Like in 3, which is already trying to kill you off at every given opportunity as it is, whereas in the original the quicksand undulates and moves like waves, with the remade graphics it's now a solid texture - so if you're not familiar with the game, you're GOING TO DIE.

Hope that’s worked on and changed with a patch, seems a weird thing to not update.

I watched it and the analysis is, as ever, excellent.

My take on the results is:

+ Generally, a great set up updates
+ Performance is good on all consoles (60 FPS whilst using the new graphics mode; at 4K on XSX and PS5; 1080p on Switch in TV mode and 720p on handheld)
+ Option to switch between the original graphics and the new ones on the fly
- When using the original mode, the 30 FPS target has some inconsistent frame pacing on all formats
- Some tech hitches on PC that may need the user to tinker with their graphics card options
- The new graphics are sympathetic and decent versions of the originals, although occasionally a little dark

Overall, DF seemed to feel that these are good remasters and they said that they're well worth playing, even though they are tricky games and still of their time.

Feels like the 30fps in the old graphics is something that could be changed in a patch.

Tomb Raider and its fans are about to get cancelled.

Tomb Raider 1-3 Remastered begins with a content warning that explains the trilogy contains "offensive depictions of people and cultures rooted in racial and ethnic prejudices".

The message states that these depictions are "inexcusable" but have been kept intact to acknowledge their "deeply harmful" inclusion and learn from it.

Ah, they’ve kept the “circle of items” main menu! I love it already.

Unless Steam is wrong? The Steam countdown is currently saying 13 hours.

Guessing the people of Atlantis still don't like being portrayed as villains..

Really pleased to see that this is reviewing so well and looks to have nailed the brief, really puts the GTA and MGS trilogy remasters to shame.
