The Incredibles is awful, and also horribly sexist.

Better hope he doesn't take after you. You could have Curious Case of Benjamin Button.

Shark's Tale is a Dreamworks film :fp: (and it was awful). Pixars best is either Monsters Inc or Finding Nemo. Toy Story will still be a classic, because it was the first full length computer animated movie and introduced us to Buzz Lightyear.

Great film, and still made me laugh etc. today (and was almost like Kareoke, i knew so many of the words)

But boy, the animation sure is dated, and just emphasises how far Pixar have come.

The colours, the expressions and the visual creativity is all intact but the whole thing has that somewhat blank gloss of early CG and a seemingly low amount of frames per movement.

Only small effect, and nowhere close to being something that really mars the experience, mind.

Infact, i remember when Toy Story 2 first came out, the massive detail hike and improved animation style in the sequel i initially found really off-putting, because i was so used to the first's look. Took me a while to submit IIRC!

This is still an absolute classic and Toy Story 2 managed to be one of those sequels that was as good if not better than the original. Toy Story 3 has a lot to live up to (and the current plot makes me sad) but the teaser trailer was awesome.

I didn't like the sequel.

No, no, noes and how so?

Toy Story is one of my all-time favourite movies and easily the best Pixar film. Love Monsters Inc, The Incredibles and Wall-e as well though. Haven't seen Ratatouille, but hear it's good. I enjoyed Finding Nemo, but felt it was overrated.

I only caught the second half of it last night. It's ages since the last time I saw it, but it's still brilliant.

Classic film. The only other films that stood up to this are Finding Nemo and Wall-E IMO.
