Definitely, if they can keep this up i'll never have to buy games again (especially as it's my gf's amazon prime hooked into my twitch account :datass:)

That’s weird, I only signed up to Prime about 2 days ago. Cool.
So I’m guessing you open the Twitch app on your console of choice and just download them, then?

I believe the games are only downloadable for PC, Buff.

If only PC gaming wasn't so expensive, then more people could enjoy these free games.

These posts worked a lot better before GPU prices went doolally.

How much is Twitch Prime, and do you lose access if your subscription ends?

Amazon Prime is £7.99. You get Prime Instant Video, some free books/magazines/comics in their Kindle app, some free tunes in their Amazon Music app, and this now. Oh, and the faster delivery of stuff, depending on where you live.

IGN say you get to keep the games forever.

Eurogamer says that you will be required to install the Twitch desktop to access the games. So I guess it becomes a kind of Steam client alternative.

Thankfully I don't use it

They’ve been doing this for months and months.

I have over 30 free games in my Twitch Gaming library already.

Devil May Cry HD is available too. I claimed the ones that looked interesting to me (Tales from Candlekeep, Oxenfree & Devil May Cry HD), but haven't bothered with that desktop app yet. Not sure if I'll ever get around to playing them, similar to my mass of Plus games.

Never used Twitch. If I have Amazon Prime, there is some app I can install and get free PC games?

Yes?

I don't use it myself, Deaths, but here's the link.

You have to link your Amazon and Twitch accounts too.

Yup, I made a thread or two when they had those promotions going, but those were stand alone offers whereas this is akin to games given away on a routine basis like PS+ and XBLG.

Thanks chaps. Downloading seems very slow though compared to Steam. Superhot is just a few GBs but has taken more than 20 mins to download.

Yes?
