I really liked the press conference and her banter, alot better than Sony's Y WONT U WORK VUNDERBÚK? and Nintendos awkward Reggie 'conversations with publishers/developers'/Scott Moffet being shite.

I can believe she plays games more than any of the other people presenting conferences this year. Her presenting was awful but it was believable. I still hope she comes back next year though, just as a "strawberry float you" to all the sexist racist pricks who sent her hate mail.

IMO, the best person to host these things is not an executive or an actor. The best person would be a developer who has experience making games. I don't think it would be hard for these companies to get one of their in house guys to host a conference.

The problem is, a lot of the time those people lack any kind of charisma or presentation skills. It takes a lot to stand up in front of a massive audience and talk to them.

If you are heading a game studio and can't talk to a crowd or deliver a presentation you have a serious problem. :lol:

The leaders of any work place should have pretty good speaking and people skills and not just skills relating to their specific industry.

It's one thing to present to a group of shareholders or developers. It's quite another to present to millions watching on the internet, and thousands in the room.

Yes, but a lot of developers appear as guests on the conferences and do just that.

New rule, anyone who mentions "white knighting" immediately loses whatever argument they're having.

This is quite possibly the saddest thing I've ever seen a 41-year-old woman do. I feel so embarrassed for her.

I hope I can still watch Archer without remembering this because otherwise it would just become too uncomfortable to watch.
