Yeah the doesn’t look much of a remake from those few screens, just the first game as well?

Let’s not forget how the original actually looked, as opposed to how we might remember it.

I mean, it’s fine, and those new shots don’t look as good as they might, but I think it will be something of an improvement.

I’m sure the PoP remake will look better in motion.

I’m really looking forward to seeing Immortals, was really interested when they first announced it at E3 last year.

As an outsider to this sort of thing most of the time, Immortals looks like the best title they’ve come up with in a while. Elements of Kid Icarus Uprising too! If UbiSoft weren’t so F*CKING AWFUL I’d be very interested in that.

But they are so I’m not.

That PoP remake looks rough, guess a Switch version seems a possibility

You would think that but apparently a Switch version is not coming

Considering some of the really great remasters of the last few years where fans respond with appreciation it's sad to see a company the size of Ubisoft just seemingly phone it in on a game like PoP that I thought could have looked and played amazing.

This would have been a day 1 purchase for me as I really enjoyed the game and having possibly next gen visuals with that timeywimey mechanic being ultra smooth and fluid could have been amazing.

What a shame.

I've not watched one of these before. Is there any hope of anything outside Prince of Persia, Immortals and Scott Pilgrim? I mean, Prince of Persia always interests me and Immortals looked great when they've showed it off before, but everytime a Ubisoft event rolls around, my mind immediately goes to a new Splinter Cell.

Sam Fisher is being added as an operator to R6 Siege soon - so if he pops up on screen, don't get too excited for a new game!

Hang on, you’re judging the whole game by two accidental storefront pictures?

They've got to do a lot of covering up the actions of their rapey and abusive executives, which takes a lot of creativity and fiction-building effort away from their products.

Not to mention losing rapey and abusive creative leads.

Yep :shifty: .

It may be a tad harsh but sometimes I just mape snap judgements and go with it even if I look stupid.
It's why I'd be a terrible politician.
