I don’t know if Alan Moore lied or made a mistake with the manifesto, but the Tory party is rotten with lies and anybody voting for them would do well to avoid claims of fantasy literature.

Im pretty sure that if Labour managed to perform a miracle and get into power, they will have a 2nd referendum and either a) reinstate article 50 or b) drag the arse out of negotiations so much that itll be time for another election.
I want to see the action that the country voted for enacted. Therefore I will vote Conservative.

If there is a referendum then we’d find out what the country wanted, stop the “will of the people” nonsense and just say you want Brexit. I have the courage of my convictions, you support a party pushing policies that have killed people in this country and seek to push those policies harder and risk an even worse outcome for the next 5 years and far beyond. That is entirely strawberry floated up and any reasonable person should be able to see that.

In an adjustment from yesterday’s message, the Lib Dems have said they will now back a Tory minority government in exchange for another referendum...

The Lib Dems' deputy leader says the party can stop Boris Johnson from winning the general election "and through that we can stop Brexit".

Sir Ed Davey told the BBC the most likely outcome on 12 December was a "minority Tory government".

He suggested the Lib Dems would support them, along with other parties, if they agreed to another EU referendum.

The party launched its election manifesto earlier with a pledge to stop Brexit which they say would save £50bn.

If the party wins the general election outright, it says it would revoke Article 50, halting Brexit and keeping the UK in the European Union.

If it does not win, it will continue campaigning for another EU referendum, or "People's Vote".

Sir Ed told the BBC's Andrew Neil Show the party wants to stop the Conservatives getting a majority at the election and then use whatever leverage they have to push for another referendum.
