It will protect some very young children happening onto stuff by accident, but all this nonsense could be avoided if they just let parents take responsibility for asking they ISPs to filter their connection.
This is just simply not true.
Teenagers these days have the same amount of computer illiterate people as millenials, for most people a computer is nothing more than a place to google. Most Gen Z people grow up on smart phones as well, not necessarily computers.
