Pretty pathetic of Russia to keep dropping the N-word into conversation, it's literally the only sabre they have left to rattle. They can't even conquer Ukraine despite months of buildup and preparation, what makes them think they could defeat NATO on any level? The worrying element is what you say is absolutely correct to any sane person, but there are an abundance of people on this planet who are not sane and a worrying percentage of those in positions of power.

We're now into 11 weeks since the war started and Russia has very little to actually show for it, virtually no real gains, just flattening cities into rubble.

Russia's 9th May celebrations will probably be very different to how Putin expected them to be.

It doesn't seem like Russia can even achieve a small win that they can spin as a success, I'm not sure if that makes it more likely to reach a conclusion sooner or later but it does seem like time is favouring the Ukrainians.

I wonder how long it will take to confirm that the Admiral Makarov is on fire.

Finland now officially stated they will seek NATO membership.

Some of the photos of whole battle groups destroyed on pontoons is shocking. They keep apparently trying to cross the river but get obliterated each time. It's going to take Russia years to begin to militarily recover from this, even if they do succeed in keeping part of the Donbas.

Very happy to see Finland and inevitably Sweden join NATO. Although I suspect as EU members any military action by Russia towards either would not have been ignored by the West despite any lack of treaties.

They've got to join up, if only because they're definitely next on the invasion list.

Saw a video earlier of 2 Russian Soldiers approaching a Car Dealership.

The owner of said dealership and security guard (both unarmed) came out and spoke to them. After a brief moment, they then walk away and the Russian soldiers then just shoot them in the back.

I just despair sometimes at the complete lack of value to another persons life.
