ITV do already produce a bunch of stuff that goes to other channels (including the BBC) so I doubt this would mean all endemol content would suddenly shift to ITV only.

I was channel hopping one night and found myself on it for 10 minutes, i'm pretty sure it caused long lasting brain damage.

Did any one watch the Louis Theroux thing on polyanomy? It made it seem really awful. It also seemed like something that women were more interested in that the guys. I kind of wonder if part of it was down to Louis being there asking questions that made it seem worse. Like when people just kind of get on with things it feels more natural.

Definitely not something I'm going to be trying soon.

Peaky Blinders with adverts :dread:

Imagine watching Peaky Blinders and then that bloody Nationwide "poem" advert comes on. It'll be hard to know which Brummies to hate the most!

I'm a brummie. Bring on the hate!
Honestly those adverts get right on my nerves.

Bit late but did anyone watch the Inside Number 9 live Halloween special? I thought it was brilliant, well executed and very "them".

I'm not actually watching very much at the moment, for me it's just The Apprentice and Paddington 24/7.

I did see quite a few episodes of Ghost Adventures recently though as Really decided to air 13 new episodes back to back over consecutive nights during the run up to halloween.

I hadn't realised this was actually a show, I thought you had just been watching the Paddington bear movie all day, every day!

It caught me out when I watched it on iPlayer afterwards and got me turn it off. After going back and watching the rest it was a good idea overall but a bit lacking in the final third.

How strawberry floating good was Dynasties? The BBC (and world at large) will be up gooseberry fool creek when Sir David pops his clogs.

Just got through watching ep 1 of Chernobyl. Loved the drama (especially that pos who won't believe the core kerploded) but rolled my eyes at the slo-mo stupidity porn of the general public and the fireman going into the plant. Best scene had to be toward the end, where they show the fallout on the wind heading over a forest toward the residential area, and it turning the foliage on the trees to autumnal colours.

Got round to watching the 4 part Hatton Garden drama on ITV Hub. I don't think I've laughed so much at a TV programme in ages. Absolutely brilliant - one of the best dramas I think I've ever watched on ITV. So much better than the film version as it didn't feel rushed.

I had the urge afterwards to replay The Getaway. :shifty:
