Golf: US Masters. Rahm dons the green jacket in style.

Fed up talking videogames? Why?

Speith is such an incredible sportsman, on paper he shouldn't be that good but it shows you how big the mental aspect of the game is. Ask anyone who plays, this game destroys you mentally.

That was some charge by Spieth, really made the final round a bit of a nail biter. From what I gather this Reed fella isnt very popular but he played some great golf so he deserves the jacket.

Is it just me but has there been very little hype for it this year? I didnt even know it was happening until a couple of weeks ago.

There was something in the radio report earlier about previous captain's bags being on the route to the first tee with inspiritional messages on, one of which was Seve's. Then some bastard started cutting onions in the back of the car. No idea how that happened.

Seve

Tough morning where we were a little unlucky not to be 2-2 but this afternoon was magnificent.

Properly glorious afternoon - just the tonic after a dodgy morning. Isn't the first day typically weaker for Europeans as a general rule?

I think Europeans usually fair better in the foursomes. Time to keep up the momentum from yesterday and really wipe the floor with them before the singles.

Must be thinking of just fourballs. Morning's been going well but damn that bunker chip. Arses.

Plenty of balls in the drink already.

It would be good to go into the singles three or four points ahead - the morning is looking pretty good for the Europeans so far!

8-3. If we could pinch a half in the last match that would be a hard blow for the Americans. Great stuff again this morning.
All played well but Molinari and Fleetwood have been a revelation. 3/3 so far. Amazing stuff.
8 matches on the bounce.

Very good morning overall, unfortunate for Poulter and Rahm to lose but they played well and were a bit unlucky. Hopefully the afternoon's matches go similarly well and take the pressure off a little for the singles tomorrow.

With that said, I do like it when the singles goes down to the wire. Love the Ryder Cup.

Think we’ll need that four point cushion. Poulter and Mcilroy were well off the pace today. I’d have sooner gone with Casey and Hatton. Think it’s going to be close but we should win.
Bloody commentators kept saying If Molinari and Fleetwood win their singles they will have contributed 10 points. Idiots.

I don't think the Americans have got 8 players playing well enough to win it but you never know depending on how the pair's line up. You'd be happy to get Big Phil though, he looked awful yesterday.

Nothing exceptional so far this morning. Watching on an American stream, and the number of adverts is just mindblowing. Like putting up with a blister.

First game is crucial here - need McIlroy to take this if he can.
