I'm fairly sure we are witnessing the the beginning of the end for Trump. Will be interesting to see what his supporters do, or what he will have them do.

I've seen the footage of Acosta "putting his hands" on the intern. Absolutely pathetic to revoke his pass for that, he was clearly pointing and when she grabbed the mic his arm just brushed into hers. Apparently Sarah Sanders actually had a doctored clip which added frames to make it look slightly more violent (which still looked like nothing more than a brush of arms by accident).

I don't understand though why the press don't get together and all give Trump an incredibly hard time at every press conference. I guess that's the partisan nature of the media in the US with half backing the Reps and half backing the Dems. What a sorry state where your leader can avoid any kind of cross examination.

One of the reasons they don't give him a hard time at press conferences is that he doesn't do very many. He went about 18 months from his first disastrous one as President to his next one.

It’s an interesting point that CNN make though, about this potentially being a media strategy used by Trump to try and deflect attention away from losing the house.

I'm not even sure that applies. They don't have to command their supporters or force them to believe something. They gleefully believe - owning the libs/winning is all that matters to them.

I think the most shocking thing is just how easily this is to debunk and how little this administration cares about being seen openly lying.
