I would assume that Trump losing means he'll take over OAN and rebrand it Trump TV.

They 100% know their going to lose so are preparing a basis to challenge. If Trump is up on initial count they'll then go to SC to block mail votes. I really can't see the SC going for this. Gorsuch has already voted against Trump's wishes, ruling that businesses cannot discriminate in employment against LGBTQ people.
