Waste of a good milkshake tbh, but if I, say, allowed a carton of milk to spoil and get all nasty, I'd happily chuck it on a Nazi.

I don't advocate for the Democrats adopting fake news, by the by, but there are plenty of other facets of GOP propaganda that they can and should look at - use of evocative symbols, for example.

The majority of comments from Americans on CNN’s Instagram about the salary for the Queen’s new social media job position are quite something. ‘Only’ $38,000 a year. With benefits.

I thought it was quite decent, myself. Evidently I was wrong. Not even worth taking a piss for!

I would expect it to pay more.

Yea, £30k for a job that requires living and working in central London with antisocial hours isn't a great wedge.

But imagine the fun you could have writing the posts for the Queen's Facebook and Twitter.

It’s described as an “entry level” job within Buckingham Palace (37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday) with 33 days holiday, free lunch every day, and a full benefits package.

If they pay for travelling into/around London then that's not the worst starting salary ever, considering the perks. If you have slap a £4k railcard on though, I'm out.

I would consider a free, prepared lunch every day to be worth at the very least about £2k/year when you take into account the time you'd normally spend sorting it out yourself. Although if it turns out to be a salty, fatty café style dish all the time you'd probably want to avoid it most days of the week.

You've got to imagine it's what the royal kitchen prepares so it'd be pretty decent. You might even get a choice of stuff.

What I want to know is if we're going to get sassy Queen tweets. Will there be an article on BuzzFeed with the title "10 tweets you can't believe the queen sent."

I'm pleased by the mental image of the Queen microwaving up a readymeal curry on the sly, just to get away from the constant barrage of gourmet feasts.

Yeah but I more want somebody to tweet about how they're going out dressed like a Queen and the queen to reply with"Me too bitches" or something.
