Republican constitutionalists need to shoot this down. If 'muh constitution' is so important to them, they should be up in arms. Imagine the outrage from them if Biden suggested suspending the 2nd amendment.

The constitution explicitly makes clear that the president can't choose when the election is. He's just in panic mode because he's seen the polls.
