There's a certain amount of truth to the peodo stuff but Q are pushing it beyond all credulity.
They showed today, but if you look at the other days, it's pure alt right bullshit.
It's US based but I bet it's similar here. And the older userbase of Facebook are also the ones more likely to fall for right wing bollocks as well as being the ones most likely to vote.
We're strawberry floated as long as immoral scum like Zuckerberg aren't stopped.
What a depressing account that is, every day shows the top pages are Ben Shapiro, Fox and other horrors.
Zuckerberg is responsible for so many of the problems in the US and across the world.
It's weird though, maybe my social media is a bit of a left wing bubble, but from what I see the voting results seem to be massively at odds from what I see on social media. If you asked me who would win elections based on FB or Twitter, I'd easily say Biden or UK Labour. But the results have always pointed to social media not being representative.
I wonder if actually we have all been suckered into left wing bubbles and don't actually realise that the right wing are winning because they are genuinely gaining more influence through it.

But won't some of these also be people taking the piss out of, particularly fox news, by posting links? That's the only time I see fox news on my Facebook for example.

Actually that's a very good point. Generally the only time I see anything from Fox News would be someone on the left pointing out how stupid one of their segments are. I really try to make sure on twitter at least I try to have a balance of left and right wing voices (more so for US politics as it fascinates me) but I have to admit I probably have a bias in terms of "follows" for left wing voices.
I have noticed though that Fox seem to have moved ever so slightly to the left, they are still right behind the republicans though, but I can see a day during a potential Trump second term where Trump will turn on them. Especially since he isn't going to give a gooseberry fool about them as once he has a second term, Fox support basically means nothing to him.

Those Facebook stats only apply to America.
My Facebook is a cesspit. My family are mostly ok, but old school friends/acquaintances and people I grew up with stink it up. Mostly out of stupidity, a lot of people seem very easily suckered into far right shite. I guess it's easier to believe that immigrants/foreigners are the cause of ALM your problems, rather than it being big business and shitty right wing politicians. People seem to like being "tough" rather than compassionate.
Twitter is completely different as I choose who I follow and so see less bullshit unless I seek it out. I've no doubt there is just as much toxic stuff, it's just easier to avoid.
I don't buy the bubble thing personally, I'm well aware of the far right gaining in strength. I don't need to follow Shapiro, Farage and Breitbart to be aware of it. Brexit, Trump and Johnson would be enough to convince me, even without the horror show of Facebook.
I periodically clear my Facebook friends list. The most depressing thing for me is seeing people I grew up with and went to school with become hardcore-rightwingers. I start to question whether I really knew them at all (my memories of them were generally of pretty progressive kids) or what happened to them to make them so intolerant and full of hatred.

Years/decades of right wing media followed up with 10 years of Facebook poison. Chuck in a big recession and austerity and we end up here.

Yeah, I guess the big difference between me and them is I'm in a pretty left-wing/progressive bubble with close friends and family and I've always tried to keep my social media friends list in line with my own values. I still keep abreast of right-wing talking points but I've never really been pulled down that particular rabbit hole. It's still really sad to see people I grew up with become racist, homophobic, transphobic bigots.

Most of the stuff I see on Twitter is left leaning, Instagram pretty balanced, the rest on the right (Facebook, YouTube, BBC comments, Twitch...not that I use that much).
The problem with YouTube is obvious. You watch one Tucker Carlson video and they’ll start recommending all sorts of wacky, conspiratorial stuff. I think it’s intentionally weighted (which, I guess, is also CONSPIRACY TALK) but it’s not like my TV home page recommends I ever watch PlayStation videos.
I've found that even watching a video or two from left wing YouTube (hbomberguy etc.) will quickly flood my recommendations with 'Curb Your SJW Fails' or whatever. Alt-right trash honestly gets everywhere.
You can click on the 3 dots next to a video and tell it to not recommend the channel again. Either that or open the vids in question in incognito mode on a browser so your main account doesn't get infected with them.
