Republicans are a party full of banana splits with zero good people and are in the pockets of big business.

Democrats are a party full of banana splits with some good people that those in the pockets of big business try to silence.

A US congressman has faced a barrage of criticism after he posted a Christmas photograph of his family posing with military-style rifles, just days after a deadly school shooting.

Kentucky's Republican representative, Thomas Massie, tweeted the photo with the caption: "Merry Christmas! ps. Santa, please bring ammo".
The post has been condemned by a host of families affected by gun violence, plus figures on both sides of politics.

This photo looks as if it was created using SCENE CREATOR 5: DELUXE EDITION for Windows XP. It's the Deluxe Edition because it comes with Christmas Tree clip art you can drop in the scene for that festive look, and a wider array of heads to choose from.

When you say timing, do you mean posting it a few times after a school shooting? As I imagine it's impossible to find a time when you're not a few days from school shooting in America.

I did mean that, but yeah that is very true

I'm sure someone better at photoshop than me would be able to put those weirdos into a "Bin Laden's cave" setting.

Not what you were after but there's already some solid photoshop fun going on in the replies.

I've never listened to him myself but The Verge has an interesting interview up looking at Joe Rogan's podcast on Spotify, which has apparently lurched further and further right since joining the platform, and now just pushes outlandish conspiracy theories left and right (either from himself or via the guests he has on): https://www.theverge.com/2021/12/7/2282 ... moderation

That mentions his shift to the far right rather than any move to the left.

Second part was supposed to imply 'willy-nilly', 'all over the place' or some other variation of, rather than political spectrum.

Thank God that wasn't posted on twitter, eh. :dread:

It's a shame about Rogan, I loved his Brian Cox interviews, amongst others. Back when he was on Youtube, although you could see he loved conspiracy theories (like when he tried to put a theory to Brian about how Octopuses are aliens) he managed to keep a lid on it mostly and let the guests shine.

Rogan's interviews with Dan Carlin were alright, but I've not watched any of the others, and I never will.

Oh aye that's my misreading. Rogan is good for people taking the piss out of him on YT.

On coming to the house, they saw the child with his mother Mary, and they bowed down and worshiped him. Then they opened their treasures and presented him with gifts of gold, frankincense and myrrh which they placed underneath the plastic tree.
