Some of last season was set in the future, Mia Smoak is Oliver & Felicity's daughter.


So that's like the fourth different future Arrow we've seen then, I'm guessing Barry time travelled again


I really want to watch the last seasons of Arrow and The Flash now, pity I can't seem to find a reliable means of acquiring the episodes.
