Have the screen refresh/fps set to 40 which feels great when your used to playing on a Switch. Dead Space Trilogy also plays and looks great too along with the Transformers Cybertron games. Just need to get round to downloading the Mass Effect LE and I’m sorted a bunch of my favourites at hand.

It took me a while to sort out emudeck and properly understand how it all works. You really need to dial down each emulator's config then sometimes force Retroarch to launch that emulator in standalone mode, but I'm very happy with how it's turned out.

Also printed out a nice cradle for the machine and pimped out with ugly vinyl.

Pairing the deck with steam link on my tv/pc/ phone alongside native dualsense and xbox controller support is honestly incredible.

My horrendous(ly amazing) colour scheme:

Edit: just got XGP working through steam on the cloud - incredible.

That cradle looks great as does the Pikachu colours you've got going

The top spec 512 and I was Q2 with estimated April to end June. So a bit quicker. Seems they have a good handle on backlog and production.

I just felt with the good weather, a PC and a PS5 and 2 kids, it’s a £569 item I doubt I’ll play.

The anti glare screen on the 512GB model definitely makes playing in the garden more than viable.

So are you going to rejoin the queue and see how you feel next time the email comes in? Where's the end of the queue at these days, are we into 2023?

Exactly what I did Afrocat. Interesting the end of the queue is October. So it doesn’t appear that outside the original surge there is much pipeline of orders? So maybe we’ll start seeing them in shops for Christmas?

Pretty sure the estimates are currently October or later for After Q3, with no upper bound, so it's just guesswork how much later after October they could be. Presumably as it draws closer that will become more specific for people, but until then who knows.

I was so so tempted to go with the same colours as Orbitals but in the end settled for a spot of Oak..

Front went on fine and easy enough, back f'd up with a few bubbles and went worse when I tried fixing it :x

Oh man i had no idea i'd be some form of inspiration! Yours looks nice, i actually regret not getting the leather option on the back, i didn't know they also have a 'real' leather version?

I got some bubbles and creases that i couldn't un-fuck, but you won't notice it. The sharp corner on the top inner piece near the L bumper is peeling a bit for me, let me know how it goes for you : )

Just got my email. Had to "borrow" some money from our joint as I don't have enough at the minute. Was hoping I didn't get the email until the 15th when I actually get paid

Oh well, at least it's finally on the way :msgreen:

Just received 68 Summer Sale trading cards after making payment

How long do these things normally take to arrive? Getting it delivered to work so I don't miss it.

I did have reservations about keeping it but at least if I can't eat, I can still get my through my backlog.

'Grats Zilnad.

If times do get too hard you can probably still make a profit offloading one to CEX.

I got my email on the Monday and it arrived on the Friday, although I've seen a week as a more common delivery timeline.
