Not had to queue for a kill, yet. I did have a 5 minute and then 20 minute realm queue though :dread:

Ta for the heads-up on that.

Starbreaker took pity and invited a stray. We regretted it almost straight away but it was a giggle.

I was tempted to download the current version and see what it's like since I haven't played it in about 9 years but it looks like it's much less fun as a social experience. Plus, I don't have the hard drive space and for some reason Blizzard removed the full screen option on Mac with a patch this year so strawberry float that.

Weird. Although I did once play in windowed mode on PC and it wasn't what I was expecting. (There were no windows on the sides or the bottom, but I do think there was a bar at the top.)

Add Watersun when you get the chance. Gonna ditch moo hunter and go with troll. (Better racials for hunter.) Levelled her to just below 6 and parked her outside village after starting area. Also add Cutedeadguy. Just a placeholder for now.

We're on Mirage Raceway if anyone wants to join.

Intro to new expansion is fantastic as ever. Just a shame it ends much like it starts. Was hoping for Thrall to drop by.

People: "We want Classic WoW!"
Blizzard: *Releases Classic WoW*
People: *Immediately mod it to be nothing like classic WoW*

 I said the exact same thing. When I installed Questie.

Thing is, I'm also playing it with gfx settings at max, as opposed to recommended which gives you actual Classic era graphics - Classic WoW is different things to different people. To me it's slow levelling; getting about everywhere on foot; classic talents and abilities. Having to split stacks manually, and wondering where to go next turns 'slow' into tedious as f***. Also, I bet similar mods existed at some point in Classic era.

Forgot how tough classic is. Went to westfall too early (10) and have been bummed royally till about 15. Upto 20 now. Done 24 hours on this in the last 60. Massive nostalgia hit in Deadmines.

Going to try Verigan's fist next. Meant to be taxing but worth it.

Bastard gold farmers :x That's my rich thorium node! Ta for confirming though.

I've now played with both Starbreaker and Level_7_Boss/Nanook :toot: I won't be able to play today though, as typing out Baccracack spazzed my wrist out. The worst ****ing name.

Ended up in a WC party with the worst stereotype of a hunter ever. It was like he was a living parody :slol: The ****er rolled on everything.

It's only taken me 15 years to realise I prefer levelling in Tirisfal Glades over Durotar :slol: Like I prefer Durotar's setting, but quests being split between Sen Jin and Razor Hill? **** that. Also, I died *a lot* against those orc mobs in the cave by Org when levelling my UD warlock.

Warlock is now at 28. Started a priest yesterday. And I may level a druid for those genuine classic Mulgore feels (I had no idea what I was doing but it was my first class) before sub runs out.

Just finished the level 20 pally quest for a splendid weapon. Was tough but well worth it. Should make soloing much easier.
