Got this for Christmas.

Sitting through a 20 minute update then a further 5 minute download for the Catwoman stuff really does take the buzz off new game excitement

Bought this on the Steam sale the other day, but I'm not going to touch it until I've finished Arkham Asylum.

Real talk.

I've only thrown each of my new games an hour of playtime today, and Arkham City really doesn't open well. I mean, really, it's strawberry floating dire.

That JOLLY-BRUCE-WAYNE code for GMG doesn't seem to be working at the moment.

Anyway this hasn't grabbed me yet, I feel a bit lost, hopefully as I unlock things I'll start to feela bit more in charge of my surroundings.

I think he was drunk when he posted an opinion like that, I wouldn't worry about it.

You have to remember, Winckle is a militant anti-fun-haver. As far as he's concerned, If you're having fun, you're doing it wrong.

Doesn't really matter anyway as I left my xbox at uni over Christmas. Made me chuckle though.

Are you kidding me? He's one of the few people who has great taste in games and an eye for quality.

Started this today and enjoying it. Like the visuals, story, open world and combat, though finding it a touch overwhelming at the minute. So many Riddler trophies.

The guns and mines are way more cunty than they were in Asylum and it's really making the game noticeably shitter

Have you got the mine disabler from the museum yet? Makes dealing with the mines a much simpler process, it lets you disable two mines per combat.

Finished :?

Felt a lot like half a game trying to disguise itself by being in an 'open world'. They way overdid it with the guns and gooseberry fool as well which only served to ruin the combat in a lot of places. That said it's still a hoot to play. The original was comfortably better though.
