Here's my playthrough:

Right, I need to get to the bell tower. Ah there it is... OOOH WHAT'S DA? A RIDDLER TROPHY? *rushes over, solve puzzle*. OOH MY GOD! MORE THUGS FOR ME TO BEAT UP!

*looks at the bell tower* Hmm... I'm far from it than before. Righto. Here I goes! *PHONE RINGS* OOOH! *answer phone* Not if I can help it, scum. *rushes to a different location*

Damn. I'm much more further away from the bell tower! *rushes over* OMG! AR Training Pops up!

OOOH MORE TROPHIES?

MORE THUGS FOR ME TO BEAT UP?

Four hours later I'm still strawberry floating far away from the blooming Bell Tower.

This is so fun . I put it aside so I could play it on my holidays in December but I couldn't resist . Sooo good.

I honestly wonder how you guys do it. Finish this plus buy most the games this year . God!

It's a good thing. I promise.

It can be overwhelming but as soon you adopt Batman's "strawberry float this gooseberry fool" attitude and tackle whatever you want to do, it's fun.

That said, I find some of the Riddler's trophies a bit annoying because it doesn't make clear that you are ill-equipped at the moment to solve it. I once spent 20 minutes on one puzzle when I realised that I don't have the necessary equipment.

And I'm annoyed cos I don't remember where the strawberry floating puzzle is now. :fp:

It's a great thing but, if you overdo it, it can sometimes put you off the rest of the game (because you've had your fill messing about so much). A few people in the RDR thread will attest to that. The poor bastards.

I don't know how far you are in now, but you could use L2 to memorise the Riddler's trophies so you can go back to it via the map.

I never finished RDR. I spent so long riding around, arranging shootouts and generally messing around, that I got bored of it. I keep meaning to finish it and then another game will take over my time. One day I will finish though!

Because as far as I know, it doesn't work from the beginning.

I was doing pretty much the same thing (skinning, herbing and generally riding about gawping at the scenery were my distractions) and then I read the posts about how people had lost interest in the game proper due to mucking about so much. So I took that as a warning and started playing the missions.
I hope you get back to Marston and co soon :P

I will do (even though I have seen spoilers about the ending!!). I even bought the Undead Nightmares pack in a sale and have never gotten around to it. :fp:

Finished the main story last night - was good, but a bit shorter than I expected. Also, it was a bit easy, especially the last section. Not as many huge brawls this time round, unless I'm thinking of the AA challenge rooms...

Will fly round for the riddler trophies now. I seem to remember in AA there was a trophy map showing where they all were, did I imagine that? Does it exist in this one?

Jam, you have to find enemies highlighted in green, kick 7 bells out of his mates and then interrogate him. That's how you get the locations.
