(Had then been another series) Spider Man would have gone through past time periods and found Mary Jane in Victorian England. Spider-Man would battle with the real Carnage portrayed as Jack the Ripper

Wow. Mori. Way to take a wiki quote out of context.

John Semper mentioned in an interview if he had continued on with the show, Spider Man would have gone through past time periods and found Mary Jane in Victorian England. Spider-Man would battle with the real Carnage portrayed as Jack the Ripper.[3] Semper also revealed that he felt if he continued on after Spider-Man saved all reality, he would have been doing it for the money, because he felt the saga had ended nicely with Peter meeting his creator and saving all of existence

They knew it was the end, and made the choice to leave it as such.

Having to wait a week between episodes just feels wrong.

How I was taking that out of context? He's saying if he had done another series Carnage would have been Jack the Ripper. That's what I said.

Didnt X-mens Budget at the end of the show get slashed with Wolverines Adamantium claws, hence the shitty Animation!

The animation company went bankrupt so Saban did it themselves.

I was tooling around the site yesterday and found that they have all 3 parts of the opening story to the new show "Wolverine and the X-Men" it's really very good, more like the 90's one then Evolution, it has an almost pessimistic feel to it's mood.

part 1: http://marvel.com/videos/629.Wolverine_ ... _Episode_1
part 2: http://marvel.com/videos/657.Wolverine_ ... _Episode_2
part 3: http://marvel.com/videos/673.Wolverine_ ... _Episode_3

After watching episode 2 of X-Men, i can see where Heroes got their Horn-Rimmed Glasses idea from.

Please tell me you're strawberry floating with me.

EDIT: £27.99, or £33.99 with the excellent Wolverine and the X-Men(which was unforgivably cancelled). Might have to keep an eye on that bad boy...

And there's one for the epic Spider-Man cartoon from the same era! HOLY strawberry float!

I can't believe they cancelled Wolverine and the X-Men, that was fantastic. Easily the best Marvel cartoon since the 90s X-Men.

Unquestionably. It had a really good vibe to it, and was a fantastic premise. I was gutted that they canned it before the Age of Apocalypse season. :(
