Weird transparency issue in Windows 10

Can anyone help me with this, as google is coming up blank.

Several apps has recently gone all transparent on my PC. The example below is the Viber desktop app but my VPN widget is doing the same thing:

The window is almost entirely transparent (the sunburst is my desktop) and basically impossible to use. I can't find any help on this online, either in general or for the apps it's affecting, so yeah if anyone has any ideas hit me up.

Turn it off and on again?

Quite blatant sex chat going on there. Obviously just "completed" a transaction.

Took it myself and everything. All the smileys are obvs part of the app and it's a snipping tool snippet so you can't see its true magnificence from the original screengrab.

Yeah that's the only result "Windows 10 app transparency" and derivations gets, but it's not that.
