29 in Drymen but I went wild swimming in a pure cave with a waterfall and drank some beers and had a few joints so we're all strawberry floating golden.

I've barely been surviving just sat here at home with a single hand fan and a portable cooling unit that seems to barely be doing its job. Does seem to be getting cooler a bit, though, and the Met Office is saying the heat is going to drop off massively through the night. Maybe I'll be able to sleep until my alarm goes off tonight.

Not looking forward to any thunderstorms, though.

It's still dreadfully warm and sticky here. Barely slept last night... too uncomfortable. At 6am it's 31c / 88f in my flat. The BBC weather site says it's only 22c, though
