There is no comparison to proper air conditioning, it’s a fan. We’ve got 3 and 4 in the office, what an utter waste of money they are.

100 miles on a bike today... that wasn’t the best idea. So hot that it just completely suffocated me at times. Still better than pissing rain!

I went to my mates and we had a BBQ while watching the football. It was cool in the shade so that was nice.

My BBQ didn't have the football on, so it was better by default.

This heat is taking the piss now! I like a nice sunny day but it’s ridiculous now, it’s not rained here for at least a month (I know this because my cats went into their aviary on the 8th of June and I know it’s not rained since then) I don’t even want to see what temperature it is right now but I know it’s far to hot and trying to sleep won’t be easy,

It’s 4am. It’s daylight and 18 degrees. Was hoping to come outside on my break to refresh after a busy period at work, but no. Still clammy.

My front lawn is dying. I want the rain back.

It's not grass anymore, it's hay.

Grass is very resilient. It will come back

My special resilient blend of weed/grass is keeping the garden mainly green.
