What Does this place (GRCADE) mean to You

So we went a day without this place yesterday and I thought that would make this a good time to do this thread/question

So as we had 24 hours without Grcade I would like to start by saying Thank You to Green Gecko and to everyone else who helps keep the lights on here in any way and open the floor to people to say what this place means to them.

As an Autistic who is obsessed with Games and things this place is a very valuable venting station where I can talk about all kind of game related things whihch I am sure if I went on to other people about as much as I go on here would drive them nuts, so this place provides me a way to vent some excess mental energy and it and well I also see the lot of you as like a little family... I will stop there before I sound too soppy.

I like this place, but I feel most of my comments (hilarious or otherwise) are ignored by the majority.

I'm mostly here for NoContext tbh, especially now that Peep Show and Partridge gifs are at an all time low.

Thankfully it seems it's future is secure

I think its easy to feel ignored on a forum cause some comments slip by others create huge waves but I am glad your here you have always been sound.

Only pop in for football chat these days, pretty sure I won't be on here that much going forward, probably for big game related things like E3 and such.

Posting on GRcade is like when you wash yourself off after a jolly good tug, but you've already had a shower that day and you can't afford to get it going again because of the energy prices these days, so you're left with only one choice...

Well i certainly missed GRcade when it was down, for a start i had nowhere to complain about the new Fantastic Beasts movie.

This place is really the only social interection I get beyond talking to family members.

Its also a great place to vent and have some connection to the outside world.

I love this place. Most of the people I know don't really want to talk about video games, films, politics and other niche, internet culture sort of stuff, so it's a real refuge for me.

The hyper-vast majority of you are all really sound and often give me lots of good comedy content to enjoy and I guess I just really appreciate you all
