What we could do in the interest of common sense, is to try and take control of the game by electing someone as the AC, and simply accept that the person they choose to kill isn't likely to be a bad guy. No hysteria, no conspiracies, nothing.

Oh wait we're playing on GRcade. My bad.

Back to work, folks!

Tomous :( great start for Team Sigma.

Does this mean that I’m statistically more likely to be a Wolfy (according to some)?

I think it's safe to assume there is at least 1 per squad, although I haven't done the math seeing as we don't know how many there are yet.

It could be true that there is one per squad, but at the moment that's just a guess. We know nothing!

My guess is that isn't one per squad, however I don't imagine there are many per squad so really to play it safer I think asuming 1 per squad is a resonable way to play it.

At which case I would thing Sigma despite being a memeber of that group myself is probably a resonable place to look for tomorrow as it now has 1 fewer that others making for a slightly higher odd of a hit if the 1 per squad theory is a correct one.

Poor Tomous

Still, he was Sigma Scum so it’s his own fault for not being in Delta cool squad.

What's to stop everyone just firing our flares now?

We have to punch a fish to death first.

Haven't caught up yet, but if it hasn't been pointed out yet, I'd like to say, Tomous suggested we kill Edd so if we decide we need a guaranteed random kill next phase that's a proven choice.

Also want to point out that there could be a squad or two with no mafia in so I don't think it's necessary helpful to think you're more likely to catch one in a squad that's been narrowed down.

This type of post, out of the blue at the start of the game always strikes me as well suspicious.

I agree with this. For reference:

Sigma_Kez -- No vote
Sigma_Mario -- No vote
Sigma_Jen -- No AC
Sigma_Sykes -- Delta_Orange (after deadline)
Sigma_Ted -- No vote
Sigma_Errkal -- Delta_Orange
Sigma_Al -- No vote
Sigma_Daz -- No AC

This is true, but I don't think that will help us.

This could be true, but at the moment it's the best thing we have to go with. Hopefully the events later this night will give us something more concrete.

At worst we'd kill off all of Sigma Squad only to learn there were no wolves in it... but that still tells us something!

How is this vote at 4 going to work? a 10 minute window? Seems a bit too much for a forum game, I'd much rather phases lasted a few days already

Votes are dependent on who can be active at the time already, rather than actual democratic decisions

From what I can tell this was the voting from Day 1:

Gamma_Irene -- No Vote
Gamma_Growth -- No Vote
Gamma_Rik -- No Vote
Gamma_Drum -- No Vote
Gamma_Hexx -- No AC
Gamma_Luke -- Orange
Gamma_Pancake -- No Vote
Gamma_Dan -- No Vote
Gamma_Qikz -- No Vote

Delta_Minoru -- No AC
Delta_Grey -- No Vote
Delta_Denster --No AC
Delta_Orange -- No Vote
Delta_Mini -- No Vote
Delta_Hype -- No Vote
Delta_Cribs -- No Vote
Delta_Tiarny -- No Vote
Delta_Mog -- No AC

Lambda_Clark -- No Vote
Lambda_Bob -- No Vote
Lambda_Zellery -- No Vote
Lambda_Fudge -- No Vote
Lambda_False -- Orange
Lambda_Sat -- No Vote
Lambda_Iron -- No Vote
Lambda_Nun -- Nun
Lambda_Edd -- No Vote

Sigma_Kez -- No Vote
Sigma_Mario -- No Vote
Sigma_Jen -- No AC
Sigma_Sykes -- Orange
Sigma_Ted -- No Vote
Sigma_Errkal -- Orange
Sigma_Tomous (R.I.P.) -- Tomous
Sigma_Al -- No Vote
Sigma_Daz -- No AC

What does this tell us? Not much:

All votes from Delta went to "No AC" - not sure anything can be read in to that?
A lot of people were inactive (or atleast didn't vote)?
Of the named candidates only Orange got significant traction? (But how many voted before/after a target was named?)

I voted for myself

I only got significant traction because I threw my name in straight away and there were only 4 hours until the deadline
