Upper East Side. I like it here, it has pretty much everything I want/need, easy commute, and it's cheap by Manhattan standards (extortionate by any other standards). Summer humidity and the big Jan/Feb cold snaps can be challenging though.

During holidays I live in Old Windsor (a village next to actual Windsor) and have lived in this area for the past 11 years. Everyone's the same type of slightly detached middle class person and there's like strawberry floating nothing to do if you don't want to walk for an hour or two and drop like £50 for a night out, but it's alright.

During term time I live in Colchester, Essex. More gooseberry fool to do but lmao many of the locals don't take too kindly to people of my complexion; but hey it's nights out are cheaper and it's way easier to get drugs there so I can't complain
