It’s just genuinely suspicious that someone posted that image on Facebook as the Princess of Wales, in all likelihood an aide of some sort and not actually her. It then begs further questions of what they’re actually trying to hide. If she’s hooked up to life support following a botched surgery then be honest and tell us; what do they have to gain by hiding things?

Yeah it's really strawberry floating weird. I genuinely think they would believe the whole country will be in mourning and then they must pretend things are okay for the sake of the country.
