I've been on a Transformers binge lately.

Bought the Earthrise versions of Optimus Prime, Starscream and Grapple, the Siege version of Ultra Magnus (From the new Netflix show), have also bought a Japanese Mall exclusive Super Megatron.

I've also pre-ordered Siege Jetfire, G1 Headmaster reissue Hardhead, Japanese Mall exclusive Soundblaster and now I've just pre-ordered a re-issue of Combiner Wars Devestator from Amazon.com :slol:

That means that in less than 2 weeks I've spent about £500 on Transformers figures :fp:

I’ve been resisting the urge to buy transformers figures for years now. The siege and earth rise stuff looks great.

There's also orders being taken for Kingdom (The third part of the Netflix series I think) which is basically a bunch of Beast Wars stuff.

Yeah I’m a bit disappointed the third season will be beast wars orientated as I was never a fan of the best wars stuff. Hopefully it just features a few characters rather than all the existing ones changing into beast versions. Looking forward to season two next week though, really liked season one. I’ve always been a G1 fan and struggled to get into anything else.

I was never much of a fan of the Beast Wars toys until the Transmetals came along (Though I was never much of a fan of the G1 animal form toys either which is why I've never bothered with the new Skylinx) but the cartoon was fantastic, and was an actual sequel to the G1 cartoon as well.

The Optimal Optimus Beast Wars toy was great though.

I still need to put on all the little bits (like spikes and wings) but this (Third Party) Unicron turned up today

I'm still disappointed I missed out on the recent official Haslab one, but that was a £600 kickstarter nearly 2 years ago and goes for over 2 grand on eBay now.

I have it on blu ray. In one very short scene, the audio mix is a bit wrong. I hope they sort that part of it out.

I collected the comics and toys way back in the day. I had the first 300 issues of the comics. My ex wife put them in the shed and it leaked. Ruined.
Never ever forgave her for that.
