Personally, Food Nazis are the worst as I'm the boss of me and I don't give a gooseberry fool if your body is a temple my body is a food dumpster and that's how I like it .
I think you're mixing singular and plural amounts here, surely the question should be Which 'Nazis are worse?'
I'll see myself out...
Peter used synecdoche to stylise the question. There’s no requirement for it to be used consistently.

Case in point, I had never heard of a synecdoche (pronounced sin-eck-doh-key, interestingly) so I have learned something.
"What do you mean you don't like coffee? You obviously haven't been drinking the right kind!"
It could be the worlds most expensive, deluxe coffee in the world, it still has that intrinsic coffee taste that makes me want to vomit
"What do you mean you don't like beer? Everyone loves some kind of beer! You obviously haven't been drinking the right kind!"

"What do you mean you don't like spicy food? Who doesn't like spicy food? You obviously haven't been eating the right kind!"
I don't like eating food that makes my mouth hurt, robs me of my ability to taste the rest of my meal and makes my eyes water.
Not liking certain foods or drinks seems like such a personal affront to the person who says these things too. Like some how, me not drinking beer is stopping them enjoying their beer somehow. Then the personal crusade starts "we'll try you and different beers and find you one you like". (1) You won't. (2) Why is this so important to you? (3) At what point it it acceptable for me to not like beer? After I've tried 10 different kinds? 20? 30? Never?
In the other corner, I have a friend who gets mildly annoyed if you mispronounce the letter 'H'. So it'll always be food/drink purists for me.
Nah, life's too short for me to be trying variations of food and drink that I know I don't like when I could be eating and drinking things I do enjoy instead.
