People that walk down the street with their head down, earphones in, looking at their mobile, completely oblivious to the whole world around them, their reliance on not bumping into anyone solely down to the other person walking towards them.

Talking of walking down the street, I'd like to add couples who are walking side by side on the pavement and expect you to briefly step into the road to walk past them. Just take a second to switch to walking single file you pricks.

One of the best things about walking with a pram is the assumed priority. I leave these people with no choice but to look up and consider the other footpath user walking towards them. Nope, I'm not moving on to the road with a pram so that you can continue to hold hands / walk your two dogs whilst having a phonecall with your eyes practically closed.
