Kind of related:

When I did my masters at university, my supervisor died all of a sudden at the age of 35 with (seemingly) no health problems at all. His wife found him death in the bathroom one morning. It turned out he had a weak heart, but there had been no indication of this before.

These things happen. Quite scary when you think of it.

A good heart these days is hard to find.

Yes. I do my research. :D

There's nothing wrong with the story at all.

The sad fact is, Eighty, if anyone ever dares to even mention a games console when something bad happens, it's more or less a call to arms for some of the more militant amongst us to protect an industry that we put billions of our hard earned cash into.

Yeah, I think the title and OP of the thread were a bit reactionary. Personal opinion.

 Shocking.

A lot of the time these things can be diagnosed by having an ECG, but of course if you've no symptoms then you're not even going to think about it.

The OP's reactionary reaction to the questioning of his reactionary post is curious, to say the least!

Can't be bothered anymore, that's all. If there'd been a delete thread option, I'd have used it.

Ah, how quickly you doth judge.

No, I'm having a crappy day at work, being asked to quite literally achieve the impossible, took some time out to read the news, noted a story that I thought was worth posting about, posted in perhaps a somewhat reactionary fashion said story, and then - well, you know the rest.

Sooooo... would rather call this thread a day and forget the day ever happened, thanks.
