I don't think the wolves have done much wrong either, they just got caught out by Mommy who, despite some erratic behaviour, did well to convince enough of the important roles that he was telling the truth.
To my mind, an effective Alpha in this game would have mobilised troops to cause as much chaos as possible in thread during the mid-game, while we were systematically working through the seerings, as it was just a matter of time until they were all picked off, and any delays would play to wolf advantage.
I'm not sure there's evidence of any meaningful wolf strategy in place in terms of voting patterns or presence, which annoying has left the Alpha extremely well hidden. Everything points to a very surface level Alpha strategy, with allocated parts and roles that didn't change/evolve over time.
Yes, FatDaz's tactic would be v ballsy for an Alpha, but can we SINCERELY believe that he doubted Mommy in the face of overwhelming evidence? Or did he initially lobby accusations and then get caught in a trap of needing to see them through?
