It looks great - I love the modern / retro graphic and sound options! - but, for me, there are just too many cool games coming out in the next few months and so I'm gonna hold off from it. It will be a title that I'll look out for in a future sale, though.

Looks like this is getting Switch premium pricing, £15.99 on PS4/XBO and £17.99 on Switch

I want this on Switch but not paying more for the privilege, will hold off till a sale

And the sale price will likely be £15.99 knowing Nintendo.

How do you come to that conclusion if Nintendo is neither the publisher nor developer?

I assume they set the prices on their store.

You could always just buy it off one of the other region's stores?

That doesn't make any sense. You're saying that Nintendo controls the prices of all games on the eShop, even those that aren't its own. Do you think that this is unique to the eShop or also common practice on Steam, PSN and the Xbox Marketplace? Publishers set the prices of games on Steam and I'd be shocked if this wasn't the case on other marketplaces. This seems more like CFK trying to capitalise on the infancy of the Switch.

No idea, I know it's not the case on steam, no clue about other platforms though.

There's also the possibility that Nintendo charge companies more to host their games on the eShop than the other download services, hence the price increase.

The eShop prices are the same as the PSN and Xbox Marketplace prices in America and the rest of Europe. Only the UK's Switch price is higher.

Man, this looks gorgeous on the Switch's screen :3 I love the extensive retro aesthetic options too, I had no idea there was an sound option re-imagining the original music through the Mark III's FM expansion.

Only a bit into Mouse Man's area but this is easily one of the best game remakes I've ever played, major kudos to the devs and I really hope this does well for them!

EDIT: Oh wait, having looked it up the original release supported the FM sound? Wow had no idea, very happy they included it regardless.

If need be, you can always do the same to me with the Disney Afternoon Collection. But don't do that :'D

TBH, I'll grab the game on Steam most likely. I'd rather not pay extra on Switch and the only benefit for the Switch version over the others is that it's portable, I don't take my switch on the go, so it's got no value for me.

Steam version isn't out until June though.

The trailer on the eShop looks fantastic. Urge to buy rising...
