I could imagine a few folk's getting their run wrecked by today's word.

I got it on the final go... but, strawbin' hell, I'd thought I'd blown it.

Yeah, another meanie. I got it in five, but I was lucky to get letters 2 and 5 early, which helped me see the possibility of that evil double Z.

Imagine getting 4 letters on your second guess (albeit in the wrong place) and still failing.

I had the same thing happen to me, but on my fifth guess I made a new word including all the remaining possible first letters which gave me the answer.

Not a tough one, really, but I got caught in the trap of too many possibilities for that opening letter.

Got it in three. Managed to get all five letters after two guesses - READY, GHOST - so it was just an anagram from there, assisted by the five wrong positions.

In four - I suspect my third guess was the same as Rinks' second.

Currently on a 63 day streak which is my longest winning run.

Is anyone else in a Wordle competition?
We have a family one and the lowest score over a week wins.

No because then I'd be obliged to play it every day. I do play it most days, but the decision is mine.

The problems seem to be on-going at Wordle, with more connection issues over this weekend. I can't connect right now and my streak is gonna be at risk!

Just tried it and yeah, problems. Left the tab open and it loaded eventually.
