Bourbons on the other hand, yuck.

Yep, they’re just brown-coloured non-chocolate disappointment. A plain custard cream kicks a bourbon’s ass.

M&S Extremely Chocolatey are the kings. Literally more chocolate than biscuit.

Biscuits in tea is amateur hour stuff. If you haven't dunked a bourbon in a Pepsi Max you haven't lived. :datass:

Give me a milk chocolate Hobnob, or failing that, a malted milk.

Love a good malted milk! Do they still have pictures of cows on them?

They do indeed. Tesco do chocolate ones too, which I fully endorse.

The worst biscuit is the Blue Riband. It's like eating drywall coated in a single molecule of chocolate.

The worst biscuit in the world is obviously the bastard son of the fruit shortcake - the garibaldi biscuit. Anyone who was brought up in the 80s and lived off bags of broken biscuits from the market knows these were particularly foul.

The British legal system has decided they’re cakes, keep them out of it!

Rich Tea are decent if you want a biscuit that isn't full of fat, but Bourbons are amazing, take it back you swine!

No idea how I missed Vermillion’s dreadful dreadful take on Bourbons. Makes the (wrong) premise of the thread seem justifiable by comparison.

I used to like having 2 rich tea biscuits and putting butter on one and sticking them together and eating 'em. I was young. Pretty sure I did it with choccy biccys too.

I used to use rich teas to scoop Nutella out of the jar. You'd have to snap them in half so they could fit in, obviously, but they worked a treat.

Not only are rich tea biscuits not gooseberry fool, they are actually some of the best biscuits around. You plebs just haven’t the nuance to delight in its subtlety.

Malted milk is the worst, obviously.

Custard Creams, the go-to biscuit of choice for crèches and daycares everywhere throughout the 1990s, are the actual worst.

We've already confirmed that you've not been eating Rich Teas properly though.

My grandad (my mums side of the family) was addicted to custard creams, he'd quite often eat a full packet of them in a single sitting.

The funny thing was that he was really small (he was something like 4' 11") and stick thin yet ate loads, it was a rare occasion to not see him eating something, cakes, biscuits, sweets, toffees .etc.
