I went to the ‘backwards compatible’ section of the store and none of the new ones feature there, you have to a) remember what they were and b) manually search.

Takes them a while for some reason. I know you have to do several steps to put them there updating the website, app etc and to keep spoilers down they do take a few days to show up.

I gave Oblivion a whirl cos it's FPS boosted and actually got kind drawn in, I'd forgotten I started another run through last time so the 4K/60 was lovely. The Potato faces are more Potatoey.

Guess it's time to stick my 360 copy of "Lollipop Chainsaw" in the loft and accept it's not getting added. Sad times. Pretty cool additions otherwise though.

Whilst BC is in vogue, the incredible Spec Ops: The Line is on sale this week for like 4 quid. Do it!

My copy of Timesplitters 2 turned up, tried it out and it still holds up. So many different options for playing multiplayer, forgot how much stuff this game had.

I've had another cupboard dive and found Ridge Racer 6 and TimeSplitters Future Perfect, but TimeSplitters 2 is still eluding me. Also stumbled upon the original TimeSplitters, as well as Ridge Racer Unbounded (360), which I'd completely forgotten existed.

Bloody awful entry in the series. I got it as part of a Humble package. Tried it more than once but nope, as much as I want it to be a good RR game it fails miserably.

And the series has never been on console since. As if they equated its poor sales to people not wanting RR, rather than Unbounded being shite.

Literally one of the only things that makes Ridge Racer it’s own beautiful crazy thing is the wild drifting, but in that Unbounded it’s a load of fiddly bollocks. It’s the entire point!

Xbox 360 games and FPS Boost are a match made in heaven

Sonic, Fallout, Gears 3, Mirror's Edge and Assassin's Creed tested.

It must be a TS2 thing. I rummaged through my cupboards and shelves and found TimeSplitters 2, only to then find the Disc is not in the case :fp:

This wouldn't happen with a digital download.....

Played a ton of Sonic All Star Racing (or whatever it's called) with my daughter spit screen. It's REALLY good, the FPS boost really transforms the experience.

Gonna really get into Sonic Generations now too after DF's John loving it.

Same! I basically ignored most of the 3D Sonic games as they were always so criticised. But after seeing it running with FPS boost and hearing John's love for it, I'll definitely give it a playthrough over Christmas.

Still not expecting much but should get some fun out of it hopefully.

Yep, though it seemed to drop as low as 15fps in certain sections. Backwards compatibility and FPS boost improves performance dramatically. John from Digital Foundy also pointed out that it also feels more responsive (probably a combination of the Series controllers and 60FPS).

So are all the games up on the store now? Considering DOA Ultimate.

Yep, £9 for DOA1, £12 for DOA2.
