I have the 4 new enhanced games with Crackdown and Witcher 2 installing now (no sign of Fable Anniversary or Horizon) along with updates for Mirrors Edge, Oblivion and Halo 3 also downloading.
I've started a little savings fund for my next console so I don't feel guilty when I spend £x amount on it. I think June will be the special date. I've wanted to play Fable Anniversary for a long time so glad to see this getting boosted. But I associate the franchise with Christmas so even if I have the Xbox I might wait until September when the smell of bonfires first start to perfume the air!
Was playing Crackdown last night and it's still damn good fun. Wonder if the second one will be brought over as well. Remember and get the free DLC for it that adds a few new modes.
Microsoft seems to be putting way more time and effort into backwards compatibility than either Sony or Nintendo. If I were buying a new console now, it'd be hard to resist the attraction of Xbox's back catalogue that is playable on the One.
I was also on Crackdown last night, and lost two hours to it without even knowing. Such a good game, and I'm hoping the second also comes as well. I've had my eye on the third, but it's taking forever for release.
