£28.99 a month on the Series X.
Can't remember the Series S price though.

Ridiculous value though in my opinion.
I've already downloaded and played £400 of games so far.
And I don't really see myself buying games now either.. not sure if that's a win for Microsoft or not really

That’s a definite win, if you stay subbed to GPU for the foreseeable as that’s exactly what they want. Plus you’ve paid for the console, just not directly or all up front.

I just did the buy a year of EA convert it to 4 months of game pass ultimate trick again and again etc to get from having just over a year to having like 2 months shy of 3 years. I figured why not while it's cheaper than letting it run out and then sorting it out.

I doubt any of these deals will be about next year, especially the EA one, which is part of GPU anyway.

That's exactly what I thought and why I decided to try to bump my account up as much as I can now. with Gold and Game Pass and everything its often seemed better to start looking at paying for your next lot before your current lots run out to see the best bargain you can find.

Yeah, it’s not a huge loss. Bound to happen eventually, as it’s hard to keep track of everything we have in our libraries. I think the only reason I’ve not made the same mistake is because I buy everything digitally now, so it would warn me I already had access.

I know jet radio and daytona usa are series x compatible, but you cannot seem to buy it off the microsoft store, just the xbox marketplace. Will it work on my series x if i buy it on the xbox marketplace?

Same. Was absolutely awful.

And that's coming from someone who occasionally catches the odd truck racing day at Brands Hatch too!

I jumped straight on a time trial after the tutorial to have a mess around. Reconfigured the gear shifts to my standard - game didn't take notice. I had to reset them back to default and try again. Second time it did work, but are trucks meant to be that prone to spinning? It's a Gold game, so no loss if I do delete it, but if I stick to the time trials, I won't have to deal with other racers.

Truck racing is the type of discipline that’s better suited as part of a wider inclusion in something else. I remember it featuring in either TOCA 2 or 3 on the original Xbox.

Great news. It really is a nice additional service to game pass. No doubt we will see it on certain TV's soon.
