Shouldn’t be. If he’s got a game running, that will slow it down. Halo MCC downloads all the games as default, so has he prioritised Halo 2?

No, but you DO get reward points if you buy the credit at CD Keys, for example, then spend it on the MS store. It makes the calculation a bit trickier, but there's not usually much in it.

Cheers. Ended up just using reward points as there seems little point in hoarding as there's no benefit to trading in more in a single transaction.
